RUSSELL COLLINS 
MANAGING PARTNER/DRAFTSMAN

Russell got his start in design in Kelowna BC engineering roof trusses and floor systems. Looking for a new setting Russell moved his family to Grande Prairie in October of 2006 where he worked as a truss designer at Nelson Lumber. After several years building relationships and trust with his clients he began to work drafting projects for them as well as roof and floor designs. 

Inside a year the demand for this work grew to a point where Russell formed RC DRAFTING AND DESIGN SERVICES. Never having looked back Russell worked tirelessly to grow his company into what it is today. From the early days of servicing a few low production home builders the company grew to service many of Grande Prairies most prominent home builders (including three Dream Home teams).

STEPHANIE JOHNSON
PARTNER/OFFICE ADMINISTRATOR 

Stephanie was born and raised in Grande Prairie AB and has deep roots within the community. Stephanie completed her Bachelor Of Commerce with a major in accounting in 2015. She has worked for several prominent accounting firms and other local businesses as bookkeeper.

Russell and Stephanie are partners in life as well as in business. They share a home in Grande Prairie where they both work and raise their three children.     

NICHOLAS DAVIDSON
DRAFTSMAN

Nicholas grew up in the Valleyview area and spent the first 14 years of his working life as a contractor. On the jobsite Nick worked with everything from framing and concrete to drywall and interior finishing. After developing an interest in architectural design Nick attended Confederation College in Thunder Bay where he graduated with honors in the Architectural Technology program. 

Nick brings to bear extensive hands on experience in combination with a talent for 3D rendering. His curiosity and unmatched work ethic make him a strong asset to the RC Drafting team.
